About me
Hey, my name is Makaya and I am a sophomore at Thurston High School. I have spent 12 years of my life dancing and performing on stage and it will forever be a strong passion of mine. However, I have always dreamed of becoming either a fashion designer, fashion columnist, or a journalist.
I LOVE to watch movies with my friends and family, or even by myself with a cozy blanket and a cup of tea, considering I am very independent and like doing things by myself sometimes. I could easily say that movies are one of my hobbies. Music is another thing I adore. I love going to concerts or reflecting on some inspiring lyrics.
Family is the most important thing to me. My parents are both of my heroes, they have both been through a lot but are doing everything they can possibly do to make my life the best it can be. Because of them, I have become closer to God and have growing faith in my spirituality. My friends are also my heroes. I do not know what I would do without them.

Hello Makaya, I think that since you have danced for so long, you should maybe post a video about your dancing career. Or just a video of you doing a dancing recital or something. You should check out my blog sometime. http://www.al2009.edublogs.org

Hey Makaya06! It is quiet interesting that you were a dancer!
I hope that you can show your amazing dancing to your students,
